Information you may provide
When you contact Digital Coast Solutions, you may provide information such as your name, email address, phone number, organisation, service interest and details about your project or support requirement.
How the website enquiry form works
The current enquiry form prepares an email in your device’s email application. The website itself does not directly receive or store the form entries. When you send the prepared email, the information is handled through your email provider and the Digital Coast Solutions email service.
How information is used
Information you provide may be used to:
- respond to your enquiry;
- understand and discuss your requirement;
- prepare a quotation, proposal or project scope;
- provide requested services and support; and
- maintain reasonable business and communication records.
Sharing of information
Digital Coast Solutions does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers only when reasonably necessary to operate communications, deliver an agreed service, comply with a legal obligation or protect legitimate business interests.
Website hosting and technical information
This website is hosted using GitHub Pages. Like most hosting services, the hosting provider may process limited technical information such as IP addresses, browser details and request logs for security, reliability and service operation. Their handling of that information is governed by their own policies.
Cookies and analytics
This version of the website does not use advertising cookies or website analytics. This notice will be updated before any analytics or additional tracking technology is introduced.
Retention and security
Enquiry and project information is retained only for as long as reasonably needed for communication, service delivery, business records and applicable obligations. Reasonable steps are taken to protect information, but no email or internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
